About This Role

We are seeking an individual with a strong mix of business development and interpersonal skills combined with a passion for creating and cultivating long-term relationships.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business/Sales, Education, Marketing or related field is required.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development or a related role ideally in the education and training sector is essential.
  • A proven track record of successfully developing education programs and products using internal and external resources is necessary.
  • The ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of the education and training landscape, including industry trends and challenges is vital.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which include a National Police Check, State/Territory Working with Children Check, reference checks, verification of qualifications and confirmation of right to work in Australia.
