Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Graduate Billing Consultant to join our team. As a Graduate Billing Consultant, you will work with our team of Billing Consultants and Developers to support the implementation and configuration of our PowerBilling and Revenue Collection (PBRC) product.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn and work in a team environment. You will also have a proven knowledge of programming concepts, exposure to databases and data storage, and be working towards completion of a relevant graduate degree and/or diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of our PowerBilling and Revenue Collection (PBRC) product
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Billing Consultants and Developers
  • Analyse and resolve billing and accounts receivable issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve process efficiency and effectiveness
