Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team.

  • Work closely with our teams in Asia-Pacific to drive strategic relationships and initiatives with a global mindset.
  • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on various areas, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and product development.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft key legal documents, such as vendor agreements, marketing partner agreements, and data exchange agreements.
  • Ensure the business is informed and compliant with relevant legislation that may impact operations.
  • Contribute to internal policy and process development.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of PQE and experience providing legal advice to companies in the technology sector. They will also have strong drafting, analytical, and interpretation skills, as well as commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach.
