Job Title: HSEQ Systems Advisor

Zenergy is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Systems Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environment enhancement programs, particularly in support of large-scale construction and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environment enhancement programs.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to enhance workforce safety awareness and implementation effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including safety and project representatives, to promote a collective approach to safety and environment management.
  • Assist in the documentation of policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environment.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety or related discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in management system certification and accreditation.
  • Knowledge of IMS management frameworks and experience in designing IMS systems.
  • Experience with OFSC or ISO Audits and Requirements.
  • Experience in drafting and implementing policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environment or an interest in this field.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships to identify opportunities, resolve problems, and deliver on organisational outcomes.
  • Excellent critical thinking, and process and system analysis skills, including the ability to identify opportunities for workflow and system improvements and design/implement effectively.
  • Background in construction, rail, or high-risk industry.
