Job Title: Senior HSE Advisor

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our HSEQ department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and contractors on our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments
  • Provide training and coaching to employees and contractors
  • Investigate incidents and near misses
  • Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager to develop and implement safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Formal qualifications in HSE or a related field
