Job Title: HSEQ Systems Advisor

Zenergy is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Systems Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environment enhancement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environment policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance workforce safety awareness and implementation effectiveness.
  • Assist in the documentation of policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environment.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
  • Experience in management system certification and accreditation.
  • Knowledge of IMS management frameworks and experience in designing IMS systems.
  • Experience with OFSC or ISO Audits and Requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships.
  • Background in construction, rail, or high-risk industry.
