We are seeking a skilled Transaction Specialist to oversee leasing activities, negotiate with lessors and manage administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lease renewals, negotiations, options, market rent reviews, makegoods, subleasing and early surrender.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, complying with existing reporting processes while thinking strategically.
  • Negotiate with lessors on property transactions, securing tenure for clients, ongoing occupancy and access across the portfolio.
  • Manage administrative duties including periodic performance reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in retail transaction/leasing management in the property industry and relevant degree qualification.
  • Experience in lease and licence negotiations, preparation of client submissions and preparation of lease and licence documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of the transactions process, combining a broad grasp of relevant best practice principles.
  • Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary teams and work independently with limited supervision.
