Corporate Transaction Advisory Services

  • We provide comprehensive support in a wide range of operational aspects, including synergy assessments, separation readiness, operational due diligence, and integration or separation processes.
  • Our team comprises experienced professionals with an unparalleled track record in the industry, offering opportunities to be part of the largest dedicated integrations, separations, and transition practice in Oceania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients to drive business outcomes.
  • Identifying and mitigating key client risks and issues proactively.
  • Analysing and evaluating company financials to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leading engagement teams and fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with EY values.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Reporting directly to directors and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contributing to business development activities, driving growth and innovation within the organization.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking to drive innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Adept at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Driven individuals with high emotional intelligence, able to navigate complex situations with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Transaction or organisational transformation experience is highly valued but not required.
