Senior Property Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our client, a reputable Real Estate agency in Brisbane's sought-after suburbs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and overseeing daily operations.

About the Role

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 160 properties, ensuring timely and effective maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals.
  • Oversee and support the inspections officer in conducting thorough property assessments.
  • Prepare and attend QCAT hearings as required.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current certificate of registration and valid driver's license.
  • Previous property management experience, preferably using Property ME software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
