The role:
Knight Frank Consulting is experiencing growth in Brisbane, seeking a dynamic Associate Director to manage clients and service streams, driving business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects including strategic advice, organizational transformations, policy reforms, and feasibility studies
  • Plan, manage, and lead consultancy programs, ensuring delivery requirements are met
  • Develop strong relationships with property owners, investors, and occupiers to understand their needs
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and drive project objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking
  • Collaborate with the service line Partner and senior team members to qualify leads and develop strategic proposals
  • Establish program governance structures for effective communication and reporting
  • Monitor project schedules and resource plans, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Lead the identification and management of complex risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to inform decision-making processes
  • Engage directly in project execution as needed, demonstrating a willingness to work alongside the team
  • Ensure high-quality client-ready deliverables are produced consistently throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting services, preferably in management consulting, engineering consulting, commercial real estate, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across various asset classes, including government social infrastructure, commercial assets, life sciences, and not-for-profit
  • Strong understanding of strategic property consulting frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership teams
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement activities, including conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and delivering presentations
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new information across multiple policy areas
