We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Adoption Optimization Manager.

This role is responsible for working closely with customers to increase adoption, maximize value and drive best practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and customer management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customized adoption strategies for each customer
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Providing training and support to customers on best practices and platform capabilities
  • Managing multiple customer relationships and prioritizing tasks accordingly

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or customer management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
