We're seeking an experienced Adoption Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll help clients derive maximum value from our platform and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Your primary goal will be to consult with customers, identifying areas where they can optimize their use of our product to achieve their strategic objectives. By doing so, you'll empower them to:

  • Drive impactful 1:1 engagements with customers, ensuring seamless adoption and minimizing risk

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver tailored strategic sessions, meeting the unique needs of each customer
