The Uniting Prep OSHC seeks a dedicated Educational Leader to provide high-quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.


About the Role
  • Develop engaging play-based learning environments responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Nurture positive relationships with children, families, and community members.
  • Foster effective communication among team members, families, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Children Services or relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience working at an OSHC Service.
  • Strong documentation skills for recording observations, writing learning stories, and curriculum planning.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF principles.
