ABOUT THE ROLE

As the People and Culture Advisor, you'll be a vital member of a high-functioning HR team, supporting across a broad range of generalist HR activities. Reporting into a P&C Partner, you'll collaborate closely with leaders and staff across the school to provide advisory support, coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, and manage a wide variety of operational HR responsibilities.

DUTIES

• Provide support across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding, contracts and compliance to staff movements and offboarding
• Supporting the recruitment officer with end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, scheduling and onboarding
• Support leaders and employees with policy advice, HR documentation and basic employee relations queries
• Assist with the implementation of HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide first-line support through the P&C inbox and helpdesk, referring as needed

• Proven in a generalist HR or P&C role
• Strong recruitment coordination skills and experience managing candidate processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation in a high-volume environment
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
