
Childcare Director Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead the education and care team on a part-time permanent basis. This role is responsible for providing high-quality educational programs that support children's learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and approved learning framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review educational programs that cater to diverse children's needs and abilities.
- Lead a team of educators to provide quality education and care services to children.
- Collaborate with families and community members to foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Conduct observations and assessments to track children's learning progress and development against learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Children Services (desired)
- Previous experience working at an OSHC Service or similar environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and other relevant standards.
