Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Educational Leader. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for building a strong community culture in our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program. This is a top priority for us.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with parents and staff while adhering to the National Quality Standards. This includes providing quality education and care to children, contributing to the development of programs, fostering positive relationships, and facilitating play-based learning environments that support children's interests and abilities.

  • This is a part-time permanent position working 2:30pm-6:00pm Monday to Friday and 8am-6pm during Vacation Care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate IV in Children Services or equivalent experience working at an OSHC Service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, families, and community members are also essential.
