**Job Title:** Educational Leader OSHC

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Leader in Outside School Hours Care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality education and care to children, facilitating their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
  • Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework, ensuring a play-based learning environment that is responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and community members, communicating effectively and building trust.
  • Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes, showcasing their growth and progress.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Children Services (desirable) with previous experience working at an OSHC Service.
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
