About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Regulatory Support Analyst. As a key member of our division, you will play a crucial role in assessing our needs and processes, and translating them into effective solutions and implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Problem Identification

Identify and document complex business problems and requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders, analyzing and prioritizing them to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives.

Solution Evaluation and Development

Evaluate potential solutions or changes to existing systems and processes, validating proposed solutions to ensure they meet needs and requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Develop artefacts, briefing documents, and presentation papers to support decision-making, and consult and partner with internal stakeholders to identify, plan, and scope changes.

Process Design and Improvement

Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting complex process analysis and design, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Requirements
  • Experience

Previous experience in a business analyst or support analyst role, with a strong understanding of business problem-solving and process improvement.

Skills

Excellent documentation and writing skills, expertise in developing business cases and preparing business requirements, concept briefs, and investment proposals.

Stakeholder Management

Effective stakeholder management and engagement, with the ability to coach, lead, and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

Project Management

Ability to handle multiple complex projects in an environment of change, with a strong understanding of risk and issue management processes.
