About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Healthe Care. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as domestic support, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist clients with community access and participation
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting the elderly
  • Cert III in a relevant field highly recommended
  • Sector experience is desirable but not essential
  • Valid AU Drivers Licence
  • Reliable vehicle to transport between client locations (KM's are paid)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Vaccinated against COVID and current Flu
