Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Regulatory Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of key regulatory projects and their defined benefits to nib.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a collaborative planning process and project delivery for a number of concurrent regulatory change projects, including CPS 230 (Operational Risk) and the Financial Accountability Regime.
  • Work with business and technical teams to facilitate project delivery and ensure alignment of project objectives, proactive risk management, identification of cross-stream dependencies, unblocking day-to-day issues and ensuring effective governance.
  • Perform task work, focused on managing schedule, stakeholder communications, change, financials (cost and benefits) and Group reporting.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to delivery teams to maximise their output and ensure clarity of purpose.
Requirements
  • Strong capability in communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders to garner support and alignment to drive the project forward.
  • Experience in managing regulatory type projects, including APRA Standards.
  • Experience leading and delivering agile projects, able to turn principles into practices for the team's specific needs.
  • Track record of successful project delivery using different methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to deal with ambiguity and challenge current practices and assumptions, making decisions with imperfect information.
  • Ability to effectively prepare Senior Risk Committee and Board reports.
  • Ability to travel to other nib offices, as required for stakeholder engagement and project activities.
