We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Co-ordinator to join our team in South Melbourne. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work between 3–5 shifts per week, with rostered hours from 4:45 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week.

About the Role

The role of a Senior Staff Co-ordinator involves effective communication with on-hire staff and clients to deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking staff into suitable shifts
  • Accurate data input into our system
  • Taking client requests professionally and efficiently
  • Processing client bookings, monitoring shift changes, and updating staff availability
  • Maintaining communication with staff and clients, resolving issues as needed
