Senior Haematology and Oncology Territory Sales Manager

Clinigen, a global specialty pharmaceutical and services company, is seeking an ambitious National Key Account Manager to join our highly successful global team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth in the Haematology and Oncology portfolio.
As part of our fast-paced organization, you will have the responsibility to actively manage your sales territory, key customer relationships and activities, support marketing efforts, identify customer trends and opportunities, and achieve/exceed territory sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/Exceed Sales and Growth Targets: Deliver budgeted revenue and contribute to the company's overall success.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals, clinical nurses, and nurse practitioners in key hospitals through face-to-face appointments, department meetings, and MDTs to provide disease and product education.
- Industry Knowledge: Attend conferences in relevant therapeutic areas to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the team.
- Strategic Planning: Develop an annual strategic territory action plan and strategy for assigned products, revised quarterly.
- KOL Engagement: Identify and engage with key opinion leaders to achieve advocacy.
- Secondary Focus: Support the pharmacy channel to ensure sales success.
- Customer Commitments: Follow through on customer commitments and requests promptly.
- Financial Management: Monitor key financial areas, including monthly sales and expenditure.
- Therapy Area Knowledge: Maintain knowledge and understanding of the therapy area to inform strategies and support future activities.
- Brand Building: Use strong technical knowledge and sales skills to build confidence in the brand.
- Cross-Functional Relationships: Contribute to strong cross-functional relationships with finance, customer service, regulatory, quality, medical, and distribution teams to support objective execution.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of success within Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management, preferably with a national focus.
- Tertiary qualification in science, health, or business fields.
- Completion of the Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program.
- Demonstrated local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success.
- Highly organized with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous commission structure, opportunity to support the launch of a new product, and ongoing professional development.
