The Role:

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, driven, and ambitious individual to join our highly successful global sales team as a National Key Account Manager for our Haematology and Oncology portfolio. As part of this role, you will actively manage your sales territory, key customer relationships, and activities, supporting marketing efforts and identifying customer trends and opportunities to achieve/exceed territory sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales and growth targets and deliver budgeted revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners in key hospitals, engaging them through face-to-face appointments, department meetings, and MDT discussions to educate them about disease awareness and product information.
  • Attend industry conferences relevant to therapeutic areas to expand knowledge and communicate findings to the broader team.
  • Create and implement an annual strategic territory action plan and strategy for assigned products, revised quarterly, to drive sales success.
  • Identify and engage with KOLs to achieve advocacy and promote our brand.
  • Maintain a secondary focus on the pharmacy channel to ensure sales success.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by promptly addressing customer commitments and requests.
  • Meet or exceed agreed reach and frequency targets with key HCPs.
  • Monitor key financial areas, including monthly sales and expenditure recording.
  • Stay up-to-date with therapy area knowledge to inform reasonable strategies and future activities.
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge and sales skills to build confidence in our brand among customers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management with a national focus advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualification in science, health, or business fields.
  • Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success.
  • Highly organized with self-motivation and autonomy.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Compensation

  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, including a car allowance.
