Strategic Account Manager for Haematology and Oncology

Clinigen, a rapidly expanding global specialty pharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced National Key Account Manager to lead our Haematology and Oncology portfolio. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for actively managing sales territories, key customer relationships, and activities to achieve/exceed territory sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales and growth targets, delivering budgeted revenue
- Engage with HCPs, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners in key hospitals through face-to-face appointments, department meetings, and MDT sessions to provide disease and product education/awareness
- Attend industry conferences to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the greater team
- Develop strategic territory action plans and strategies for assigned products, revised quarterly
- Identify and engage with KOLs to achieve advocacy
- Focus on pharmacy channel and support to ensure sales success
- Follow through on customer commitments and requests promptly
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of success in Haematology and/or Oncology sales or key account management, with national focus advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in science, health, or business fields
- Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program
- Local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative/Key Account Manager with specialty medicines focus
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
