Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR function, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver an influential people plan in a diverse and growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic HR business partnering for up to four senior leaders across a diverse range of portfolios.

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support our goals.

- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

- Lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.

- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.

- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits.

- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.

- Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
