Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering quality development and building certification advice and customer service to the industry and general public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality development and building certification advice to clients and stakeholders
  • To conduct thorough assessments of development applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • To provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • To work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
  • To stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements and implement them into our practices

Requirements:

  • A degree qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development
  • Current registration as a Building Surveyor (unrestricted) under the Building & Development Certifiers Act
  • Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence
