Pastoral Care Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Pastoral Care Manager. This is a critical role in supporting missionaries during their home assignments, ensuring they feel heard, appreciated, and encouraged.
The successful candidate will lead a small team to provide pastoral care to our missionaries, conducting regular meetings and developing personalized care plans to help them thrive long-term.
This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges faced by cross-cultural workers and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for them to grow and develop.
