Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position requiring full-time work onsite.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception Management: Ensure all areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies on a daily basis.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the office onboarding process for new starters at York St, working with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth start to our operations.
  • First Impressions: Present a professional image to all visitors and assist anyone visiting the office as needed.
  • HR System Requests: Resolve Tier 1 requests in a timely manner, actioning incidents within the defined SLA of 48 hours.
  • Reporting: Analyze key trends and themes using ServiceNow to limit escalations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain HR System Knowledge Articles: Create, review and update knowledge articles within ServiceNow to support team members and leaders.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure visitors and new starters at York St are compliant with safety induction requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide an engaging and customer-focused experience when responding to enquiries and completing employment document requests.
  • People Experience Projects: Support/lead key initiatives/projects while balancing day-to-day activities.

About You:

The successful applicant must have experience using Service Now and SAP systems, as well as a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. A minimum of 3 years customer service experience is required, along with exceptional customer service and business partnering skills.
