About the Role:

The Transformation Product Owner - Electrification will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative business capabilities that enable home electrification products, helping customers transition to smarter energy solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and document the customer experience, business processes, and requirements for supplying, installing, managing and supporting electrification assets in households.
  • Translate requirements into features, epics, and user stories, maintain a prioritised backlog, and guide development teams through agile ceremonies.
  • Partner with journey owners, product managers, and other transformation teams to ensure electrification is seamlessly embedded into broader plans.
  • Build awareness, support, and readiness across business units for new technology solutions and ways of working.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrification products and business operations for sales and fulfilment.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in dynamic/program environments and ability to work effectively with delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
