The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our payroll team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely administration of pay and associated records, including those relating to time keeping, statistics, leave, superannuation, benefits, vehicles, payment summaries, taxation, and other pay and remuneration information related to work compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Administer pay and benefits accurately, on time, and in accordance with legislation, industrial instruments, and procedures.
- Ensure information is correct by entering, checking, and maintaining data in the system and electronic files.
- Contribute to exceptional internal customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and providing reports as needed.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, hybrid/flexible working arrangements, free on-site parking, employee wellness programs, Fitness Passport, and retail discounts from selected retailers.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require sound knowledge of payroll procedures, payroll systems, and relevant legislation, as well as intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll processing is essential, with Chris21 and Kronos experience being highly desirable.
