Compensation Specialist for Anglicare

The organisation has been serving people in need for over 160 years, providing care to older people and services to the vulnerable. To achieve its mission, Anglicare is seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join its dynamic payroll team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work within the payroll team to ensure that Anglicare staff are paid correctly and in accordance with legislative requirements. This includes administering pay and benefits, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer pay and benefits accurately and on time, adhering to legislation, industrial instruments, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, pay information, and benefits.
- Contribute to an exceptional level of internal customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and requests for information.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of payroll procedures, systems, and related legislation, as well as experience working with time and attendance systems, general staff procedures, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
A minimum of two years' experience in payroll processing is required, with Chris21 and Kronos experience being highly desirable. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

An estimated salary for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
