  • Collaboration: Work with Performance and Reward managers to deliver strategic milestones effectively.
  • Pay Model Development: Support the creation and implementation of pay models that align with organisational goals and market trends.
  • Market Survey Execution: Lead the execution of market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data, analyse results, and present findings to inform decision-making.
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with benefits providers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration and operation of benefits platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits.
  • Data Governance: Design and maintain robust processes to uphold data integrity and governance within the Performance and Reward function.
