
Strategic Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Delivery Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function.
- The position focuses on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle.
- This involves a comprehensive approach to market survey reporting, pay range modeling, benefits management, and administrative support for cyclical HR activities, all while maintaining rigorous governance over data and controls.
As a Strategic Delivery Manager, you will help solve complex problems by using your skills to:
- Collaborate with Performance and Reward managers to deliver strategic milestones effectively within the domain of performance and reward.
- Support the development and implementation of pay range models that align with organisational goals and market trends.
- Lead the execution of market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data.
- Analyse survey results and present findings to inform strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact with benefits providers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms with external partners to optimise value and performance.
- Oversee the administration and operation of benefits platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits.
- Implement changes and enhancements to benefits systems as required.
- Provide operational support for key cyclical activities including goal setting, talent review, performance review, merit review, feedback and incentive programs.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards in collaboration with HR and business partners.
- Design and maintain robust processes to uphold data integrity and governance within the Performance and Reward function.
- Implement controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and automation and drive initiatives to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
- Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate process understanding and adherence.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organisation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with benefits administration software.
- Knowledge of market trends and compensation practices.
