Comprehensive Wellbeing Specialist

The Comprehensive Wellbeing Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall wellbeing of employees across various business units. This includes developing and implementing robust systems and processes to support employee health and wellbeing.
This critical function requires effective collaboration with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will provide high-level support in the delivery of wellbeing programs and interventions that cater to the diverse needs of the organisation.
Additionally, this specialist will offer expert advice on relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
RequirementsTo excel in this position, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing wellbeing initiatives in complex organisations.
- Proven expertise in health and safety functions, particularly in psychosocial safety and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk mitigation.
