Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the Associate Director, Delivery, and broader team in ensuring high-level execution of financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive mindset to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor financial performance across the delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and reporting are effectively managed and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment with the service catalogue and strategic objectives, and source accurate information to support reporting.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing meaningful reports that support high-level decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting IT Program, Project, and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
  • Experience working with technology platforms such as ServiceNOW PPM, Jira, and Confluence is highly regarded.
