Administrative Officer - Pediatric Care Services
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team in providing exceptional pediatric care services.
This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of pediatric care services.
- Develop and maintain organizational systems to prioritize and monitor workflow.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families through written and verbal communication.
- Supervise or train other clerical staff as required.
- Work under broad supervision with some independence, taking initiative to problem-solve and improve processes.
- Extensive experience working as a level 3 Admin assistant within Health or similar.
- Well-developed organizational skills and ability to use IT systems, including iPM, eMR, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform work under broad supervision with some independence.
- Capacity to supervise or train other clerical staff.
