Service Crew Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Service Crew Operator to become a Trainer in our operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career while working alongside industry professionals.
- Lead a team of workers through day-to-day operations;
- Provide experience and knowledge to train less skilled staff;
- Extend ventilation services, hanging bags and installing fans;
- Extend water, air and pump services as needed;
- Maintain and repair equipment such as vent bags, pipes and valves;
- Install cable bolts by hand and grout them;
- Install underground infrastructure;
- Construct ventilation walls;
- Install remote-operated equipment infrastructure;
To be successful, you will need:
- A current and valid Australian driver's license;
- Rights to work in Australia;
- A solid history of reliability and good work ethic;
- Experience in underground service crew/paste crew work;
- Leading Hand experience is highly regarded;
- Trade qualifications for Special Projects work will be highly regarded;
- A proactive approach to safety and hazard identification.
