Lead Service Crew Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our service crew and train others in this critical role. The successful candidate will have a solid history of reliability, a good work ethic, and experience in underground service crew/paste crew work.

Job Description:

As a Lead Service Crew Trainer, you will be responsible for leading a team of service crew workers through their day-to-day operations. This includes providing a high level of experience and knowledge in training less skilled staff, extending ventilation services to areas where needed, and maintaining and repairing services and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current & Valid Australian Drivers Licence;
  • Rights to Work in Australia;
  • Solid history of reliability and good work ethic;
  • Experience in underground service crew/paste crew work;
  • Experience in a Leading Hand is highly regarded;
  • Trade Qualification for Special Projects work will be highly regarded;
  • A proactive attitude toward safety and hazard identification.
