Service Crew Lead

We are seeking experienced individuals to take on the role of Service Crew Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers through their day-to-day operations, providing training and guidance to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Service Crew workers in underground mining operations
  • Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge

  • Collaborate with other team leaders to achieve operational objectives
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an underground Leading Hand or similar role
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
