Our Graduate Engineering Program

We are committed to setting our graduates up for success and fostering the next generation of leaders. We seek highly motivated, team-focused and career-driven engineering graduates to join our graduate program.

The 18-Month Development Program

The program includes rotations within core business units, designed to challenge thinking, provide insights into complex projects and build a comprehensive understanding of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leaders and technical specialists to support daily operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety and quality activities.
  • Gain practical experience in plant production, reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with the operations team to gain a deeper understanding of our operations.
  • Understand our customers' integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing engineering and sales teams.
  • Develop troubleshooting skills during plant and facility issues and assist with solutions.
