Program Highlights

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs, while ensuring a consistent experience across various areas in retail.

In your second year, you will complete the Innovation Project, where you will work with a team to develop an innovative solution to a genuine business challenge.

The top teams will have the opportunity to present their ideas to our leadership team and stakeholders.
