We are committed to setting our engineers up for success and fostering the next generation of leaders. Our 18-month program is designed to challenge thinking, provide insights into complex projects, and build a comprehensive understanding of our operations.

The Key Areas of Development
  • Collaborating with our technical specialists to support daily operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety, and quality activities
  • Gaining practical experience in plant production, reporting, and analysis
  • Being involved in productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Learning and progressing your understanding of operations through engagement with the operations team
  • Understanding our customers' integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing engineering and sales teams
  • Developing troubleshooting skills during plant and facility issues and assisting with solutions

This program offers you the opportunity to work across various hands-on projects to gain valuable experience.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who aspire to be future leaders. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for engineering, resilience, and a collaborative spirit, we encourage you to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
  • You must have valid work rights for a minimum of 18 months.
  • You must have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Engineering degree in the last three years or be due to complete by December 2025.
  • You must be available to commence full-time employment from January 2026.
