Our 18-Month Engineering Graduate Program

Program Highlights

What You'll Gain
  • Hands-on experience across various projects to gain valuable skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration with leaders and technical specialists to support daily operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety, and quality activities.
  • Development of troubleshooting skills during plant and facility issues and assistance with solutions.
  • Preparation and review of documents required by the company, local regulatory, corporate safety, and industrial standards.
Who We're Looking For
  • Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, adaptability, and a deep care for colleagues and ethics.
  • Passion for engineering with recent qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering.
  • Resilience and a desire to be challenged and grow beyond their comfort zone.
  • Collaborative spirit, keen interest to be hands-on and build strong working relationships with staff and customers.
  • Commitment to keeping themselves and others safe.

To be eligible, you must have a valid work rights for at least 18 months from January 2026, completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Engineering degree in the last three years, or be due to complete by December 2025, and be available to commence full-time employment from January 2026.
