As an HR administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teams across Queensland and Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews and assist hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement the induction program, including coordinating meet and greet sessions to foster a positive work environment.
- Draft employment agreements and other HR-related documentation to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records in our core systems to ensure data integrity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on company policies and programs to promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate employee recognition and referral schemes to boost morale and productivity.
- Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and refining company policies and processes.
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about people and the environment.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in HR administration is required, along with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
