About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Queensland and Western Australia.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to employees across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, return to work, cultural initiatives, offboarding, and more.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in HR administration, with a high level of attention to detail and communication skills. They will also possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.

About You:

  • You will be passionate about people and the environment, with a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, as well as experience working in a high-growth and agile organisation.
  • You will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on delivering results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to employees across the employee lifecycle.
  2. Coordinate job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks, and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Draft employment agreements and other HR-related documentation.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records in our core systems and ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data.
  5. Act as a first point of contact for employees and advise on company policies and programs.
  6. Coordinate programs such as recognition, referral schemes, and more.
  7. Assist in ongoing continuous improvement in relation to the company's policies and processes.
  8. Provide on-the-ground support to team members through site visits.
  9. Support in coordination of culture events and company-wide events.
  10. Support RTW coordinator responsibilities.
  11. Support in ER matters.
