About the Role

This full-time position involves providing evidence-based services to individuals with diverse needs, including children and adults living with disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and developing interventions that maximise clients' functional capacity and social engagement.

You will work collaboratively with other professionals, including therapists and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless service delivery. Your expertise in assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications will also play a vital role in supporting clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to meet individual client needs
  • Provide evidence-based services through telehealth, community visits, and centre-based settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure effective service delivery
  • Utilise leading software platforms and online tools to support client management and documentation
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., psychology, occupational therapy)
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption) and police check
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
