Vitality Works is seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our team in North Sydney, working on a part-time or full-time basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our mental health services.

About the Role:

This permanent position involves providing expert support to employees requiring mental health assistance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality mental health services to clients, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement counseling and therapy programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Participating in risk and safety assessments, identifying potential mental health concerns, and referring clients to local mental health teams when necessary.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in mental health services, with demonstrable experience in clinical settings.
  • Registration or eligibility to register with AHPRA (Provisional Psychologist with external supervision support or full registration as a psychologist).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
