**Pathway Links Support Services** is seeking a compassionate and reliable **female Disability Support Worker** to join our team in **Mitchell Park, SA**. This is a **casual position** offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

Important: This role requires availability for passive sleepover shifts as part of a rotating roster.

This is a **female-only position** in accordance with the exemption/special measure under **section 47 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (SA)**, due to the personal care needs and preferences of our clients.

**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live more independently and engage in their community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, cleaning, and errands
- Support clients in attending appointments, social outings, and community events
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities to enhance wellbeing
- Complete documentation to maintain accurate care records
- Collaborate with support teams to implement individual support plans

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Must be available for passive sleepover and active overnight shifts**:

- **Female applicants only**, in line with care requirements
- Experience in SIL (Supported Independent Living) environments
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards)
- Previous experience delivering person-centred care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

Pay: $43.00 - $46.00 per hour
