Insurance Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified insurance professional to fill a key role within our organization.
This is a full-time position focused on undertaking high-quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with industry standards and procedures
- Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
- Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out thorough inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
- Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner
- Assisting with production management of the centre where required
- Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
- Handing over completed repairs to customers
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with technology while interacting with a range of people.
This role will provide you with stability and opportunity, working within our large network of repair facilities.
