About Insurance Loss Adjustors:
This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
As an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor, your primary focus will be on undertaking accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.
You will need to provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers, accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online, processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging, managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness, managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner, assisting with production management of the centre where required, ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, and handing over completed repairs to customers.
To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities are also essential, as well as excellent customer service skills, highly professional and personable qualities, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
